Im in oxnard california and my friend had 11 sparklers from 4th of july... I got one roll of electrical tape and made one and i ran like fucking hell because sparklers or anything like that are illegal here and I lit it and it was FUCKIN LOUD AS SHIT! I dont know how loud m-80s are but im positive it was louder... 2 hours later im on my phone right now praying the cops dont come later!
