A "wreck" for a "Pastor" is not the same as a "wreck" for a sheep

You can't claim to have special anointing and "authority" in one instance and then in the case of a "wreck" / sin, to be on the same level as others

@MenofFaith5 Jesus as well as other writers in the new testament state "clearly" that "Pastors" will be held to a higher accountability to God than laypersons for what they do in their personal and public lives and what they teach and how they lead their flock.  Is Jesus judging when He says what he says about how "Pastors" are to conduct themselves? Is he teaching people to judge "Pastors" when He teaches the characteristics of a true leader and false teachers and prophets?

The problem is not that Eddie Long "had a wreck." The problem is that he "had a wreck" and then after all was said, done, and settled, he did not then come out publicly, admit to his fault, and say he was repenting of it.

We are always passing judgement on other folks when they mess up, but when it comes around in our corner, we tend to forget that we once have messed up too in our lives. But the bible says, Judge ye yourselves, so that you want be judged. He takes the abuse of children as "a wreck". How can his church have the mercy of God on a minister when 1) He hasn't confessed his sins. 2) Has taken advantage of many children. 3) He hasn't asked for forgiveness because he never confessed. Wow, a minister telling people that he doesn't want him at the church. Since when did it become his church, I thought the church belonged to Christ.
