The Avenues district includes the luxurious yet neighborhood-friendly areas of Melrose Avenue and Robertson & Beverly Boulevards and is considered the West Coasts premier high-end destination for fashion, interior design, art, and cuisine. The district boasts pedestrian-friendly streets and over 300 exclusive, unique businesses, with the Pacific Design Center as the districts anchor.
The government sucks and is politically corrupt. Housing has gone down hill where developers have taken over and result with less affordable housing.
They have no regard for design and historical resources. The City has faded since this video was posted... Too much corruption for a city 1.9 miles. Very sad. Stay at the beach and come into town when necessary.
