Hi,Tamar,I really like your lessons,and you are the best I find ever.Thank you very much for the lessons,here I have a problem ,I learned it several days ago,I found lesson3 is the hardest one in the first 6 lessons,I can't let my hips up and down without shaking my legs ,it feels like all my flesh shaking,would you tell my some tricks about this part or some advice?

First, I am sorry it took me so long to answer your question - I somehow did not notice it. Thank you for the great compliment.

As for the question, I can only say that the shimmy is one of the most difficult movements and can take a long time to catch. Are you having troubles with all variations of it, or only with one?

I love these videos, the instruction is amazing! It's very easy to follow along, I really enjoy this!

I am having difficulties, however, keeping my back from arching when I do the figure eights and circles (specifically when going back on the circle/eight - I feel like I'm sticking my butt out). Any tips?

Your explanations and movements very clear. So unhurried and the music isn't distracting.

Are your online teachings available on DVD as well? If so where can they be purchased? It is a bit difficult for me to watch the computer, stand and execute the movements. A larger view would be better.

Thank you for having the online classes available. I am quite new to belly dancing have reviewed lots of dvds from Amazon etc. and with so many available it is difficult to choose.
