Minecraft Binary Based Variable Delay Cannon Timer by Etherimp

This is a binary based variable delay cannon timer which allows you to toggle anywhere between 1 second, up to just short of 5 seconds of delay between your TNT propellant and TNT projectile firing. The base delay is 8 Torch Ticks (or 1 second), with any combination of +2, +4, +8, or +16 torch ticks added inbetween, allowing for 16 different delay variables using 4 levers.

@MrPownU Use the new repeater blocks. for 1 tick use in first position, for 4 use fourth position, etc.

This is actually the most creative thing I've seen on minecraft in a while. Few things tho.

1. What are the schematics for those compact delay circuits? I've been trying to figure them out and I can't.
