I like this idea of the clown army! It is a peacefull and non violent way to solve the conflicts so it is better than some violents people who sometimes are in demonstrations. Congratulations!

Saving the world sounds like a good idea, I don't understand why you want to make it sound like a bad thing.

In what way is CIRCA harassing anyone? Are you suggesting that demonstrating is harassing people?
That you find anarchy or anarchism (not the same thing) stupid is your opinion. You are entitled to your opinion, as are CIRCA. That anarchy wouldn't work isn't an option though, it's a misconception: there are numerous examples of anarchy in practice. A five year old would probably have less difficulty then most people to understand why anarchy can work, definitely less difficulty then you.
