I think the scenes ascribed to "The Barbary Coast" are actually supposed to be taking place at the "This Is It" club, directly under Suave Ben's pad. This is where the gang acquires the PBR before going to Ben's.

Did you see the Wild at Heart deleted scenes that were released in the David Lynch Lime Green Box Set?
Some of them were lame and useless, some of them were absolutely riveting and wonderful. I imagine the same can be said of the Blue Velvet deleted scenes on the upcoming blu-ray. I'm looking forward to finding out though.
