I stayed at the Jane Hotel (before it was renovated) several times from 1996-'04. That's when it was still called "Hotel Riverview." It was 30-something dollars a night for singles and $54 a night for doubles. Crackheads, drug dealers, prostituting transvestites and nutcases---those were the types of ppl you'd find staying there. You had to share the dirty bathrooms with these people, too. And you know what? I enjoyed every single one of my stays there :)

Currently choosing between this hotel and 3 others quite like it for a trip in September.... I like this hotel cos of the character, look ace.
