@BobbyBars14 Im pretty sure those were 45s and it was probably Dustin Penner. He is a big dude. When you weigh around 250 and a pro athlete, he should be able to do 315. Still impressive.

At 1:54. I saw that too. Although, they were using the plastic coated weights that people use for olympic lifts, which tend to be bigger than the regular steel weights, so they sould have been 25 or 35 lb. plates and not 45's. But ya never know.
