Thank you nativeboxerchic, I am glad you liked the fight it was quite an experience. In fact this whole year has been quite an experience which ended here, with this belt. It was also my first time to travel away from home to fight which was quite a different experience too. In 2008 I hope to do even better including my defense of this title, as well as possibly a shot at something even bigger, but my trainers decide that. You are correct DJF, this is American Style Full Contact KickBoxing. As far as the kicks go, well we are are working on a lot of to increase her effectiveness, as you mentioned. She is doing well and continues to improve.

What martial arts is this? It looks like kick boxing. If cobra is the one in black she looks good. Her kick and punches are quite nice.

I'm not the best fighter around but it might help if she used more side kicks and back kicks to counter her opponents attacks. Just and idea though. :-) Oh, congrats on the win.

Hello Kups, what is next is 2008.We have already received invitations for early next year. While we will be fighting a number of exhibition (In support of the local Jr. Championships she got started in) bouts locally early on as part of staying in shape. We most likely will not take another Sanctioned Title match until April. I would hope that we can fight at least four sanctioned title bouts this year, including her plans to defend her current title in Nov. 2008. - Thanks-TMS

Great fight on Cobra's part. This is by far the most agressive I've seen her in a fight, and she controlled this one for all three rounds. I've seen marked improvement from her earlier fights. Whats next?

Bet Cobra's opponent didn't like those head kicks! Great combo at 1:54 to 1:56, head kick followed by 6 punches in 2 secs. Great shove at 2:06. Great pre-empt front kick at 3:26 and great defence throughout.

Cobra has done really well this time and she is the clear winner of the fight. Her stamina has improved greatly as has her sense of timing and distance. Judging from the way Cobra has improved over the year, I think she'll do even better in the future. My sincere congradulations to Cobra and TMS for the achievements to date!

GreenK4, thank you for your comments and your support. It was a great fight and we all had a great time (at least afterwards), then everyone was very tired when we returned and took a week off. We are back in training again, with many new things to learn. You could see how happy and relieved she was when she had finished the fight and the belt was on. Thank you, TMS and Cobra too!@@

Thank you so much for your thoughtful commentary. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the fight. You right about the Belt, it is up now as a centerpiece on our mantle. However, it was about a week before she would let me have it. It was a great experience and the promoter also made specific comments later in a write up "briefing" about her fight being one of the best of the night, and that she would be "going places" if she keeps fighting like she did here. Cobra has shown what a true winner looks like. She demonstrated great stamina after a grueling day. She should be very proud of her accomplishments. I know that belt will be placed in a location of prominence (sp?) in your home or gym. She's going to need a LOT of room for her trophies. Thank you for sharing this unique experience. Go Cobra!

Hello Rick, I a glad I got the "Glitch" cleared up before everyone had tried to view the video. The "Shoes" you are referring to are not boots but newly "approved" shoes for competition, check it out at ringstaradvantage. That was awesome! She's got to be the toughest 15 year old in the world :-) She's come a long way and looks a lot stronger physically than she did even last year. What kind of boots was she wearing?
