Lucy Komisar is the speaker.She is a journalist. You can google her/ her name, and contact her-- I bet she has such a list or the knowledge of how to produce it. Maybe she has something posted on her site already accessible, the woman is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge.

The Law enforcement she refers to are the true criminals enforcing laws of malum prohibitum and plunder of the citizens. No she is not a fascist and this has nothing to do with fascism at all. Corporate tax havens are one of the biggest current running scams. Is it right for a corporation to pay no taxes and make billions, while a person in America makes 100k and be required to pay taxes? If this person does not pay they get slammed by the IRS, but a corporation does the same thing and is rewarded by our government.

There is no such physical entity as 'corporation' or 'government', so in that way they are the same. All that exists is people.

Businesses run by government are so inefficient that they are a terrible source of tax money.

You see? the source of all these problems is the government itself. A monopoly on force, and the only thing which brings other monopolies into existence.

Also, Government-run business would never evade taxation. That is just silly, rather than passing legislation to evade it
