Underrated means it's a good movie, particularly good, and doesn't get the recognition it deserves. The movie isn't mentioned often, it didn't do well at the box office, and won't be seen as a Disney classic even though it's probably the funniest and one of the most timeless disney movies ever made. The jokes won't ever go out of date, the characters are great, the story is great, it's just an amazing film. But it's not widely known. It's unfortunate.

Still one of the funniest movies I have seen till today.
