Girls On Top - Series One Episode One - Four-Play 1/3

Amanda (Dawn French) discovers the hard way that a Chelsea postcode doesn't come cheap. She has no alternative but to get three flatmates that will hopefully be in tune with her feminist values. Unfortunately, she strikes out on that score and is lumbered with scheming disco-diva Candice (Tracey Ullman), crashing bore Jennifer (Jennifer Saunders), and motor-mouth, manic, spoilt-brat American Shelley (Ruby Wax). And then there is her frankly mad-as-a-hatter landlady (Joan Greenwood) who receives her daily excercise by taking her stuffed dog for a walk... Revel in flatmate hell as they try to further themselves at the expense of the other!

Episode One Four-Play - Amanda manages to snag herself a flat in Chelsea but is unable to pay for it herself. She has no choice other than to look for flatmates. With Alan Rickman.
