  • @ClearMindedOne Romans especially called the "light hair and light eyed" Germanic tribes to the north "barbarians" for their uncivilized way of life, running bearfoot in the winter, not having baths like Rome did, etc. The ancient Romans thought Germanic peoples as inferior. It's funny how Hitler did not apparently want to acknowledge that history. lol

  • bahaha afghans and arabs destroy this shit, bahahahahaha. Arabs and afghans are uncivilized dogs, iraq invaded iran 3 decades ago, we held them off even though we were still recovering from a huge revolution. persian>arabs, historical fact.

  • @Northax i dont like hitler but seing people like argue about something history is an insult

  • @Northax how is it funny? Hitler didnt cared about the romans he wanted to do an own germanic empire.

Hitler actually believed in many germanic myths and saw the rise of germans to an empire as proof that they were superior. Germans obviously destroyed rome, and germans were not only the germans of today but also the ancestors of english(angels) and even many of france (frankish), spain portugal (west goths), italy (lombards, east goths) and eastern europeans (old united goths)

  • zende bad emperatorie fars shashidam to rohe har tajzie talabo khodmokhtare

  • honestly can we stop with who is greater than who and credit for what they are, who they are and each civilization is unique in its own way, each has its strengths and weaknesses...did Cyrus the great ever say Persians are the master race? he enjoyed peace and multiculturalism...those of you bloggers who are side picking are just ignorant

  • Do ANY of you people read history books?

  • Persia had rome on it's knees through out history.

But I like Roman history nevertheless.

  • @TomW712

you got it but I believed the Romans sacked the Persian capital 3 or 4 times. Roman Emperor Septimus Severus in the early 3th century was one of the emperor that captured huge areas of Persia and Roman Emperor Trajan conquered large areas of Persia in the early 2nd century

  • Romans sacked Persian capital twice!

Persian didn't have a chance to see neither Constantinople nor Rome.

  • @53rp3n7 fuck off you ignorant piece of shit. For centuries you have been under the Afghan rule, remember the khwarzimians, Ghaznavids, Ghoris and the Hotakis (who destroyed the safavids) If it wasn't for us the Afghans you iranian fucks would be speaking Arabic, all the great poets of that time came from Balkh, shanama was commissioned by an afghan king, mashad and tus belong to Afghanistan in that time, we speak the original sasinid Dari and you speak some rotten language influenced by others
