Mau evictions Harambee

Is there a new political re-alignment on the land? Could the much talked about triple k alliance be finally taking shape? And, has the shrewd and scheming politician that is Raila Odinga finally found his match? Well, these were just some of the questions that Kenyans were left asking themselves following last night's fundraiser for mau evictees that will most likely be remembered, not for the money raised, but for the political message that was delivered.

Can anybody believe that all those hundreds of hypocrites raised a mere 5 million?? What can 5 million shillings do to help over 5,000 families? give each family 500 shillings when the other 500 is stolen by middlemen, councillors, and logistics?? It would be very stupid of anybody to even imagine these people cares about the displaced. It was an opportunistic gathering, to exploit the suffering for political greed. What a shame!!!
