  • Trying to figure out when, what, and how much I should eat is a major challenge for me, now that I've introduced a thrice-weekly run into my life and a twice-weekly bike ride. Also, I don't have any weights at home, and despite the exercises you provide there are some parts of my body I suspect I'll never reduce to an appealing shape (the insides of my arms, hips, thighs, love handles).

    Thank you for your very helpful videos!

  • I have a question...Which order should I work out in if I am looking to tone up and lose weight, lift then cardio or the other way around?
