Dalai Lama is my favourite comedian now! And... even I am an atheist I strongly respect the buddhism as the best religion that has much natural wisdom and is the only one from the 3 biggest that doesnt try to opress people with different views and beliefs!

If only more religious leaders were like this, the atheist movement would be much less needed, and we could focus as a species on more important issues...

When I was in Tibet, I was privileged enough to participate in a funeral ritual for a great llama that had passed. He had been dead for over a week, but when I viewed his body it was seated in the lotus posture and smelled lightly of sandalwood. Thousands of Tibetans had amassed there it was a powerful experience. To this day I have a small piece of the llama's robe (the monks were giving these to everyone in little bags). So cool to hear HHDL talk about the phenomenon!
