hey jerry-where abouts in India was this at? was it Varanasi? I'm of Indian origin dude and i think 20 rupees was a bit too much :)my mother told me though that snakes drink milk only out of necessity--i.e. they are thirsty--i doubt if they drink milk for its calcium content.

hello friend, actually this was filmed at Assi Ghat in Varanasi. And, yes 20 rupees was way too much to ask....Pagal hai!!!!
