Actually this film was directed by Storm.... I belive the song was only played a couple of times on the 87 tour and shortly dropped from any other performances. This clip was a shock and delight for me to see on the Pulse DVD

I don't think this is an orignal Pink Floyd "Mr. Screen" film. If'm not badly mistaken their films were shot and directed by Storm Thorgerson (Hipgnosis), this video is neither Pink Floyd-style nor Thorgerson-style.
And the music is from the Pulse-Album, I don't remember any video footage on that particular note. Just the heartbeat-flashes...

The PULSE DVD says it was a screen film from '87. I didn't know they used that song in '87, so yeah, kind of mysterious to me too. I still think its pretty cool, especially the sptting lips at the end.
