Like I said, Roosevelt's socialistic policies helped create jobs; for example, the WPA employed 2 to 3 million unemployed at unskilled labor. So the rich didn't have to create jobs (obviously they were already rich) the government was creating them. Just like in WWII, this was a war-time economy in which created jobs for the war cause, based on the government's ideals to war. So therefore, Roosevelt's socialistic policies were ideally successful in injecting wealth to different social classes.

There lies the problem, if you dont inject money to the rich who will create the jobs? the people on welfare?
most people are employed through small business if the money is not directed towards them and the rich the economy can not grow.

Not really, there was very little attempt for businesses to compete because no one had wealth to spread and use for that market...so by injecting more jobs into the economy, Roosevelt successfully redistributed wealth to the middle class; which is ultimately what Obama is doing today.

the new deal programs prolonged the depression by cuting competition in business and artificially changing the prices and wages.
Also there was a recession in 1937 that was caused by the New Deal programs

It depends how you look at it. Because the congress still denied some of his plans...and of course WWII was a major element that helped America raise from the abyss of the depression, but Roosevelt's policies were really essential to aid this country from it. They mainly gave jobs to millions of Americans.

"Roosevelt was a little socialist during the depression with his "New Plan" " a little? hahaha he was a full blown socialist. ohhh and it was not his "New Plan" that helped us was WWII
