Yes, that's Peter on harmonic. I can remember taking him to the Mooncusser back in 1964 and force-feeding him with Paul Butterfield's blues band.
Ten years later, he introduced me to an acoustical guitar rendition of Butterfield's "In My Own Dream" and I said, damn, my good friend can really sing!
The Speedboys started after I left town. It's too long ago for me to remember Schmitty's band before the Speedboys. But I would appreciate some help remembering. Is that Peter Kinsley playing harmonica? I know Tom Lowrey - I see him occasionally with Big Red. I recognize the other guitarist but I can't remember his name. And who's playing bass? And is that Schmidt playing drums? I haven't seen him in so long I can't be sure
