I LOVE THIS! I have had Pit Bulls my whole life, and I think they really are one of the greatest breeds out there.

I love my pittie they are the only dog that I have owned...

I have a pit/lab mix and she absolutely loves her 4lb brother who is a chihuahua, responsible ownership is key.

My pit was abandoned on an LA Freeway- and she is the joy of our lives (along with her little runty 21 pound chihuahua mix brother, who thinks he rules her- and she lets him!). These are some of the most intelligent, sweetest dogs on the face of the Earth and I'll never have another dog except a Pit, not only because they're wonderful but because they NEED homes and people to see past the discrimination!

My pitbull (a former street dog, I live in Mexico) came to me at five months with five cigarette holes burned into each of his little ears. Gangrene set in, and the poor little guy had to have a bilateral earectomy. He is the BEST and the very SMARTEST dog I've ever had! He takes care of the cats, won't let them fight or be bad. He's not bitter or traumatized. He is noble and grateful, and I love him with all my heartt!

At 2:08 one of the most brave faces ever it says "this is my main girl right here I'd like to see you try to fuck with this kid " that's why they're amazing because they will do anything for the ones they love it's also their own worst enemy sometimes because sadly some of their owners have terrible acts to request of them :,(

To continue on with my post. It is all about responsible dog ownership. You need to know the breed of dog you have & what their needs are. You need to be knowledgeable, caring and train your dog properly and expose it to many situations and people and not allow it to run loose and address any aggression issues right away with a professional to stop the aggression. It will never be the dog's fault. It is about responsible, caring and knowledgeable dog ownership and commitment to these dogs.

You can't blame the pit bull for its bad reputation. You have to blame humans. These dogs, the victims of dog fighting and other abuse and irresponsible and reckless dog owners deserve the benefit of the doubt. German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Bulldogs, etc. all are powerful breeds created to protect and attack. Yet they all can be great pets in the right knowledgeable and caring hands. Pit bulls deserve to be pets and they can be in the right hands.
Thank you so much for doing this. These poor dogs really need the media to treat them right and for dog fighting rings to be busted and irresponsible dog owners of these dogs to be held accountable and educating the next generation of kids that all this bad publicity of these dogs was because of the biased media wanting to get ratings, dog fighting rings and irresponsible dog owners. It's time these dogs get their reputation restored and are allowed to just be normal domesticated dogs/pets.
