Rush is the reason why the Republican party is going down the tubes. He has not only pushed the party so far right that independents are scared by them, but he has established a political discourse within the party such that they are not satisfied with an electable moderate like Romney, but they are looking for a candidate that says only the type of irresponsible things that Rush sprews. Now, every GOP candidate is a low grade Rush sound alike. Except Ron Paul.
