SEPTA New Flyer D40LF #5617 on the Market-Frankford Subway Shuttle (Interior)

New Flyer D40LF #5617 was on the Market-Frankford Subway Shuttle from 69th St Terminal to the 30th St Subway Station in Downtown Philadelphia...or Center City. This clip takes us from turning off of Chestnut St and onto 45th St and then a right turn onto Market St. Then the clip continues to about 37th St or so.

This was the MAIN reason why I came to Philadelphia...just so I could ride one of the New Flyer repowers! As you can hear, this bus sounds that damn good...LOL! Enjoy!

El is the short name for any elevated train. Almost NO ONE calls the MFL the MFL. Only the El lol.

They sounded just like the 2005's D40LFs in my city! Plus, the drivetrain engine is the Cummins ISL 280-HP engine with the Allison Automatic B400R transmission.
