Friday 19th February 2010 - Early Morning Snow and Brilliant Sunshine. This a series of snippets to record a day out, rather than a day out to record trains. All thanks to London Midland's £10 daily Rail Rover Ticket. Included in the video are the "Parry People Mover" 139 002 at Stourbridge Junction, along with some 150's, GWR 4566 and 7812 on the Severn Valley Railway, a couple of shots of the splendor of Birmingham Moor Street Station, and a brief glimpse of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) as we shoot past homeward bound, including a Malcolm Rail Class 08 shunting behind the fences.
"The Seven Stars" in Kidderminster will welcome you, your dog, and your thirst for real ale! As will the "King and Castle" in Kidderminster Town Station on the Severn Valley Railway.
