  • The Universe is growing everyday. ;P

Not 100% on this, because I haven't gotten into a lot of AJAX yet.... but... You should look at the new canonical tag Google and Yahoo. If you changed the URL in the canonical tag (among other meta data), Google would check that; or should.

  • AJAX is great for users, but as a web developer one of the primary reasons I avoid using it too much is, ironically, because doing so confuses the Google search engine. For example, I could use AJAX to flip between pages on a site, and that would be great for users, but then Google wouldn't see or separate the stuff beyond the first batch of content.

Question: Is Google prepared to handle this new organization model in the future with its spidering system?

  • 3:50 is actually hilarious.

  • I have a respect now for google and mozilla that I didn't have before watching this.

  • come on people, rate this one up up up
