I install police equip for a living, and I can tell you right now that A. This is real. Even big cities use DT Scanners from Radioshack. Minneapolis/St Paul has them in almost every car. and B. The Strobe in the third brake light is REALLY illegal. Even for a police car.

lol not sure if its fully official leo's dont need scanners from radioshack and some of the lighting is cheap doesnt seem to look like dept standards looks to whacker to me

@firefighter1107 I addded the scanner to pick up the agencies around us that are using digital radios that my Motorola cannot pick up. This WAS a low budget set up. Our town is quite small and does not have a huge budget for outfitting our cars. The local installer did a great job for the budget he was given, at the time.
