i'm assuming the leg curls, leg extensions, add/abductors, & step ups were your warm ups? kind of an off kilter leg workout. I mean you're fuckn huge and strong as fuck, but I think you'd benefit a lot more from sticking to your basic bodybuilding movements/workout structures. but wth do I know? ha Keep it up. Is there anywhere else we can see full structured routine of what you do?

@dda030582 thanks you for visiting , well my concept is if you stick to basic you will have a basic physique, but hey what do I know. also this isn't the only type of workout I do this is only a sample of one phase, I have different phases and techniques of training throughout the year. again I thank you for you input and concern, hope you keep viewing up coming videos, could use more of your expertise.
