  • @Smashinz2002 continuing, and I'm getting to the point here, my style, as is the same for many others I'm sure, has developed over time with a great deal of Acad experience. As a result, I find these new features a bit geared toward the novice user. This bad because; 1) as the process becomes "easier" and more "user-friendly" to newbies, there becomes a lack in overall skill, to accomplish the same goal, and 2) I believe Autodesk is not improving functionality will silly novelties such as this.

  • I'm using AutoCad 2011 for Mac these days, but have been using AutoCad daily at work since 1990 (on PC's back then, with DOS). I don't even remember was version it was, I think version 9, or 10 maybe. I can remember when we upgraded to Acad14, which was brilliant! Full functionality in Win95, and so much faster than 13 in DOS. . Anyway, after years of using Acad, I have developed a very speedy editing/drawing style which involves the mouse, and the keyboard (command line entries w/aliases)
