The beginning - Edward and Bella. This follows the plot of New Moon, when Bella's in depression without Edward and yah lol
Theeen... when the lyrics go ♪ I woke up this morning and played our song ♪ thats where it switches to Jake & Bella. This follows Eclipse / Breaking Dawn , when Bella finds out she really truly loves Jake but she has to let him down & chose Edward =(
And in the end its just like a combination of Edward and Jake lol (when the lyrics go ♪ suddenly my cell phones blowing up with your ringtone ♪
