In court on July 13th detective Scott Henderson testified that he "did not recall" if he had told Eugene about his medical condition before joining his collective. Scott Henderson "did not recall" why he had spoken to him "3 or 4" times before the transaction.
The limits meant nothing in Eugene's case.

The limits are for SDPD and city of San Diego, the DA , Sheriffs, and Supervisors are all COUNTY.
Dispensaries and collectives have never been safe here. But there are are 30+ operating right now.

It may take huge lawsuits to finally force the San Diego County Board and government to follow the law

Cool. The San Diego DA's office and Bonnie Dumanis are using the same tactics as the Feds. San Diego thinks they are in the US but not in California.
very powerful and true story of the injustice going on in san diego right now. you have the full support of hope unlimited

I'm moving to San Diego very soon and i'm still unclear of the attitude towards medical marijuana in SD. When I look at the NORML website, it looked as if SD county was accepting of medical marijuana, even having a higher plant limit than other counties.(25 plants per patient). So it's not accepted?
