  • I have watched a lot of videos on rain collection, how do you filter the rain water and ensure that it is clean? I would imagine it isn't good to drink right off your roof.

  • You two are so blessed. You've both found a friend who shares your interest, compliments your skill set, works hard...and now you've also found a way to work together on projects that interest you AND allow you to help others (so, if things do go as bad as it looks like they will, you'll both know you played a part in some people's survival). Come ON, who WOULDN'T be jealous?? ;^) By the way, my wife and I will be at the urban survival get-together, so I hope to get a chance to say hello.

  • What about mosquitos? They are an extreme problem in my neck of the woods. Most of the problem is because of storm drainage issues but it's so severe that any amount of water/overly moist ground becomes a breeding ground.

  • Wow, a shocking intrusion by southernprepper1 at the end of this video people.

  • Engineer775 and southernprepper1 kick ass!

  • I have a question about rain catchment. Is it safe to use water from an asbestos covered roof? Would a home made charcoal / sand filter take all the asbestos particles out?

  • @engineer775 my new years resolution was to get my rain water catchment system in ... i have all the major components just waiting til i can walk !

  • they dont want you getting good clean pure water the govt demons want you to drink the sodium fluoride which is acidic and causes cancer and the chlorine which is in the water which hardens artery walls. think of being in a chlorinated pool what your skin feels like after being in it this is what happens to the lining of your aterys causes the cholesterol to stick easy to it. Wicked scum i i tell ya.

  • @stap0510 It wasn't the people, its our horrid lawmakers... But I suppose some of them voted them in!! God bless!

  • That's messed up southernprepper1!
