HAM RADIO BRAZILIAN DX T1056 20m KIT

Eger, PY2EX is a member of SPCG SAO PAULO CONTEST GROUP, Radioamadores da cidade de São Paulo*.

PY2EX was recieved by NG9D, Plainfield, Illinois. Receiver is a Ten-Tec T1056 direct conversion kit. The receiver uses a Signetics NE612 mixer/oscillator and MV209 varactor tuning. Features include zener diode regulation and op amp bandpass filter (LM358) with front-panel bandpass control. Audio is provided by Signetics TDA2611A audio amplifier IC feeding a 200mW speaker, added to the kit inside the Radio Shack project enclosure. Main tuning above and bandbass tuning below; dial calibration and marking is not yet completed. See www.tentec.com for more info on the inexpensive receiver board kit.
