How do you get the Hardcore Championship on 24/7 mode???

The show brand doesn't matter, I think I was on Raw brand. I think that story starts after Survivor series. You can not have any championships or that storyline won't work. Simulate a season up to survivor series and see if that works, try it a couple times. There is a couple storylines that show up at random.
