@TokyoNerd I think you missed what's happening during the time in which the screen goes black (Kyon falls asleep).

Presumably Nagato had left her cardigang on Kyon's back to keep him warm before leaving, and in spite of that Haruhi too, had lent him her cardigang while he was still asleep. So it seems she really wants to be nice to him, just not while he notices it. I believe that's why the uploader thinks Haruhi is acting like a typical tsundere character.

ツンデレ (tsundere) is a contraction of two Japanese onomatopoeia words, ツンツン (tsuntsun) 'to turn away in disgust' & デレデレ (deredere) which means 'lovey dovey.' I don't mean to be rude, but this is not a ツンデレ clip. If it was, she'd been all over him at the end.
