@ajrkpfan369 because she is a trap singer which she can sing in female voice and also men voice.she is also regard to have a voice that is similar to len kagamine. that's why people always see her as len and maybe thats explain the boyish picture.

I think the actual character is a boy, but has a girl voicing him, like Len, who we all know is a boy, but his voice singer/actor is a girl. This also is like in most animes, you know? All the younger boys/ shota's are voiced by girls. I mean come on this song is singing about shotas!
