Aero snap: the first thing I disabled as kde 4.4 came out and came to my distro. They will even copy the balloon popup for hidden applications in the taskbar, that will be the first thing I will disable in KDE4.5, because in Win7 it looks way too gay and unhandy. (And perhaps I still use the icons with application names near it on my task selector)
