  • You'll be very sad, soon my friend. MG's absolutely suck major ass.

  • i plan on upgrading the head once i have some money, but the cabinets are just fine. so get off my nuts

  • should got a krank the krank rev jr. which is 2X12 that are 150 watts each so that 320 watts with 1\4 of that powered by a 20watt tube head is loudered that a mesa rectifier half stack and the full krankestein was enough to blow my hair to the other side of my head at as low as it possible could but still thats a major upgrade from what you had

  • that sounds pretty badass

but dude, im 13 years old, i just got my first gig. im early on in a hopefull career, and i plan upgrading the head. but once i have some money ill consider the rev jr. so for now get off my nuts

  • JVM Marshall Stacks Are Better

  • The angled cab should be at the bottom :S

  • If you want to see some real guitar videos look at mine

  • Volume does't equal upgrade. Get a metroamp plexi with scumbacks if you want tone.

  • your a fag

  • MG amps suck XD Valve State ftw!!!

  • @jjaarr112233 you would be best off getting a single 1960 lead cab (300 watts RMS) and any second hand tube Head if your going to be playing in a band. I have a old 1980s soldano at 50 watts through a 1960lead 300 watt cab that drowns out a drum kit on 4 and it goes to 11! all that aside, congrats on your first Marshall. Its not so much your head that sucks, its those MG cabs. GL lil bro:)

  • that to that

  • Unfortunately you'll notice that the cabinets are voiced to make the output of the amp sound decent. If you plugged in a better head it would sound bad through those cabs. You could try to replace the speakers with v30s or something but the construction of the cabinets may still make it sound crappy. But luckily the extra cab only put you down another couple hundred in this case. That amp is certainly usable. I own one which i use for practice.

  • Dude, 120W cabs means 120W Max input, your head is 100W, which means that's what it puts out. So your system isn't 340W, it's 100W.... nice cabs though.
