#4 Brett Favre- Atlanta Falcons 1991

You all know him. Some love him. Some hate him. Regardless of how you feel about him today... the man played the game the way it was supposed to be played. He left it all on the field... except the year the stood on the sidelines in Atlanta.

I was fortunate enough to talk to him that year (20 years ago) when I working as a reporter for WLOV-TV in Tupelo, MS. Brett was a good kid back then, with a God given talent just waiting to be explode on to the national spotlight.

He told me that his time would come... I'd say...the future Hall of Famer was right!

Enjoy.

  • At Least Favre Was Honest With Interviewer

  • That's the worst mistake that the Falcons ever made

  • For those who dont know, Farve was alot like vick in ATL. Partied all the time, never studied playbook and late for practices. The only reason why vick wasnt traded 2 like farve was, was because ATL saw what happened to Farve and didnt want to take another chance trading away a possible legend.

  • He looked old as hell even in his rookie season, wow

  • biggest fuck up trades alanta trading farv

    sandiago breezes lol

  • The only trade worse than this was the Elway trade by the Colts.

  • @RelentlessRevolver7 he never would of been a legend if he stayed in atlanta. he was a partyboy and he was traded for his own good.

  • I wonder what the Falcons though after they traded him? I have one word for them, IDIOTS!

  • Thank you, Atlanta.

  • @RelentlessRevolver7 Well obviously they didn't know what he was going to become...so i wouldn't call it a fail.
