Everyone stop pretending he doesn't have a script. HE DOES HAVE A SCRIPT. But the script usually contains facts about wrestlers, such as Big Show's height and weight, Del Rio's car, etc.
It usually doesn't have lines, but hey, we can't prove anything.

Damn, he needs a script and Vince in his ear telling him what to say, no wonder why hes been the worst announcer since 2008

He doesn't read a script. They tell them what to say through the head set. Plus he was looking at a monitor and before anyone goes to say I have seen them reading off price of paper it because they need to see what match is next!

Lines are lame. If Raw is live, then the commentators should act like it's live and avoid reading scripts. They should have guidelines, but their commentariies should be based upon their own thoughts. Whenever I watch wrestling, I always know what I'd be saying on the mic.

Just like he 'reads the monitor' when he reads anonymous gm messages with paper on the laptop. He's clearly reading and it's not even a debate.
