Who determines the level of education that warrants skill-sets for dietary intervention. I am a DTR and work along side the DT everyday. The only difference is the pay scale. I have been recognized as a nutritionist, and DTR without going to a four year university. The enrollment of students seeking DT credentials must be low.
good, because that's what I'm going to school for--keep the promotion going, certainly people are duped to believe that their m.d.s understand this subject well but how can they when they usually have to take only one class in nutrition?
