When someone starts cutting themselves or attempts suicide do we throw them in prison? No, we try to get them help so why should it be any different with a heroin addiction? @joethepusher Lolwut. Statistically speaking drugs a less like to be used if they are available to everyone legally. The rate of rehabilitation generally increases when drug are legal or when drug laws are less strict. In countries with stricter drug laws rate of rehab are lower, and in some cases almost non existent. Your logic is flawed. Oh and BTW PCP can be used as an entheogen, meaning it'll greatly change your life for the better, not turn you into a crazy drug fiend.
