Kungliga biblioteket (litterally "the royal library"), the swedish national library, has statutory obligation to store every written book or paper published in Sweden. The scientologist have been able to avoke that obligation regarding their books! It's an outrage!!!

Your perception is wildly inaccurate.
Try going to a church sometime. You can ask anyone in a real church anything about their beliefs and they'll earnestly try to explain it to you, at no cost. You can attend services there and never pay a dime. You can leave at any time and nobody will harass you, follow you, smear you, or try to isolate you from others. Etc.!
