I meant and put the arrears on my credit report , I don't know.what to do , even if i could afford a lawyer they may not be able to reverse the arrearage judgement . I personally believe the American government is trying to deliberately destroy American families as a part of the depopulation agenda

I stepped in a courtroom a few months ago they made me the father by default without a DNA test, I was in front of the hearing officer in whom I thought was a judge for 3 minutes and they said I owe $260 for court cost, $19,500 for arrears and $420 a month in which i can not pay, I'm not faced with losing license ,jail time and also they can stop me from being able to get a pass port and out the arrears on my credit report to prevent me from buying a home and also, I have no rights on this child

What's wrong, the lucrative child support industy already had 20 legal ways to put the hurt on men for not paying support (which most men would do if the courts were fair) but now they want 20 illegal, unconstitutional ways (debtor's prison, deny due process etc.). What's next, another new law to cut off a man's legs if he fails to pay support? Just watch, some gals will come on here and say that is an excellent idea. Support isn't about children, it's about revenge.

As a now custodial parent.... I lost my ability to work. I am 1 year behind on child support and will be facing legal...well, most likely criminal prosecution. Sometimes, you just lose everything. No job. And I own nothing but a pair of ragged shoes. I had a house and 2 cars and I was my own boss 2 years before my wife left me. 3 years separated plus 8 years divorced... I never felt like a victim... now all I want to do is rest in peace... and frankly I wish my kids got something out of all this
