  • This video is cool, I like how it shows that Judo also incorporates grappling and not just throws.

  • Judo is the greatest sport!

  • @themi90 What most competition are trying to enforce the new IJF rules.

    Contact with opponent.

5 sec with minor movement from opponent

    3 sec with no movement

infinite if you keep getting close to a techniques and keep switching and almost making the opponent tap.

They try to make it more enjoyable to watch. That is why they limit the time on ground.

  • Question. Why is it that in other Judo comps Ive seen the action is stopped as soon as it goes to the ground even if it is not an ippon, and here there is ground fighting, subs, transitions, etc. Are there different types of games that only allow throws.

  • Being able to flip and throw people makes you feel like a ninja.

Combining Judo and Karate into one martial art would be epic.

I'm nearly a black belt karate and after watching this I thought that if you knew both of them you would be a super fierce opponent.

    RIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 240p we meet again

  • I mute the music and play better stuff in another tab. Disturbed sucks.

  • 0:09 ~ 0:12

Oh I love make this coupe !

this is my second best move :B

I feel like a ninja when I can do it kkkkkkk

  • @Theshofumiah1 i do especially on the clince with elbows and knee's ( i have practised muay thai for a while ) now i do San shou thought in my opinion just a little bit more brutal :)

  • @SurfacingChannel I guess all form of martial arts will help in a real street fight. but, mu thai is more brutal in a close combat(If u know wat I mean.

  • @Theshofumiah1 there no punches because they are illegal in competition judo and i doubt you do or atleast be doing muay thai for any period of time. you are incredbile disrespectful of a great martial art + in a streetfight a jukoda wont go to the ground he'll be the one throwing people on concrete
