DVD from Brighton 2005 Labour conference. It was given to residents to try to panic them into complying with oppressive "anti-terror" measures. Residents were supposed to answer the door and, in their own homes, to show ID such as passports etc to 'prove' they were entitled to be there & were not terrorists. Also they were supposed to spy on other members of the public 'just in case'
I like the nice alarmist use of imagery from terrorist attacks it nicely helps to reinforce the business as usual message.. jeez as if the ability for capital to flow undisturbed is the only consideration here.
