Daily Job Updates are here: http://www.genkienglish.net/genkijapan/jobsinjapan.htm

Lots of you have been saying how you want to come and live in Japan. Well, do it!

I go through a few hints and ideas, including things like the JET programme to help you find a job in Japan.

Set a goal and make it happen!

  • My dream is to go to Japan! it is my goal in life, and I hopefully will be there to visit BUT I really want to live there, when I finish high school I I'll do so :D

  • That's it. I'm going to Japan!

That is my mission. Problem is, getting there is not cheap, I believe.

  • I'M GOING TO JAPAN!

  • i'm 16 and as you said earlier you can go to japan for a "working holiday" this is what i want to do after college or 6th form during my gap year or just during a holiday, hopefully you reply but from your experiences is there alot of people working in agriculture, marketing and merchandising?or even crafts and carpentry, i doubt if i get a degree it will be on those subjects but i enjoy thoroughly and i thought it would be a good way to get round an enjoyable, sustainable work holiday in Japan.

  • This may sound like a stupid question, but If you come to Japan, I have no idea how to become a legal citizen. (Or if you can become one at all) But if you can, then do you need a degree to become a citizen? My situation is, I want to become a mangaka in Japan. Would I need a collage degree if I wanted to do that? And I know that this is a lot of questions, but my last one is, does it matter what degree it is? Like, If you get a degree in law and you wanna be an artist in Japan, does it matter?

  • Dude, I like your attitude. You are obviously not an American, but you have the attitude of an American. Cheers!
