@cccar67 Hey... these are nice and heavy duty cookwares it uses Vitalock technology so the food actually cooks in steam and does not need too much of water. and as the name states Vitalock.. it actually locks all the vitamins and the food is cooked evenly and delicious too..

Well, I was wondering how this waterless cookware works, are there any valves to control the steam? What is available, such as electric skillets? How are the pieces used?
I got nothing! Soooo, thanks for nothing. I'll look elsewhere.
