This is a clip of Corgi Yoshi before he started doing the Control Unleashed exercises like Look At That. In this clip he is clearly not stressed (open mouth and expression) but has been in other clips.

So helpful to see this. A lot of people are only willing to post the "end result" but you are brave for putting the pre-intervention footage on here as well. I too try to post the good, the bad, and the ugly, so people can really see things for what they are. Thank you!

I have a husky who exhibits intense prey drive when attempting to play amongst insecure dogs by chasing, tackling, pinning, mouthing them and refusing to let them up when they are obviously insecure and don't want to play. This does not happen with every dog, usually smaller dogs and puppies he knows he can catch. I'm currently working on training him to redirect this behavior and obey my commands when in prey mode. Do you think this will be a good program to apply to our training?

Thanks for posting this. I have a corgi that is reactive on leash and am currently looking into CU and the Look at That Game. I hope for Yoshi's continued success! It's very encouraging

I tried herding with my bc and did not like the old school methods and have yet to find a good positive herding trainer. :( I have been working on a lot of the CU exercises, which are working. But you are right, it is a long rewarding process. THANKS! I love your videos!

Do you have any after videos of a similar situation? I would love to see it. I am starting CU exercises with my BC and I need all the encouragement I can get. :)

I would like to add now that it's been a while that while the CU training did wonders for him, going through the long process of herding training has been the thing that has helped a huge about. That and using a GABA/Ltheanine supplement regime. He is now a manageable dog and he has a job (herding). He's so much happier now.

The Yoshi Plays Look At That (the one not using the clicker) one is from a crate outside the same dog park. The Yoshi Plays Look At That (using a clicker) is watching an agility class so there's plenty of motion to work off of. Just look under More From: ellenclary
Given that you have a Border Collie combining herding lessons with CU, with some calming herbal supplements has had by far the biggest effect. It's a long, but rewarding process.

Oh yes. Moving dogs, especially approaching dogs. He is a motion control freak.
