  • Cartoon Clash!! :) They shoulda just let Bruce sing it - Joe woulda been cool with that :)

  • i don't know, maybe i'm crazy..but it would had been kinda cool if johnny rotten had singed it. I mean, he was an inspiration for joe strummer and he still sings casualy, maybe i'm wrong..correct me if you want

  • I think Tony kanal had just learned how to play that song that day, he kind of missed the chords twice.

  • Tom Morello speach was fantastic, this cover, NOT SO MUCH.

  • Sorry Joe. The Grammy's is all about sell out music, third rate artist, money starved have beens and used tampons. How dare they.

  • What a sad mess...

  • I was not much of a Springsteen fan before but this tribute to Joe really made me have more respect for him and also see the similarities I hadn't noticed before. WTF was Miami Steve doing up there though? Someone must've canceled last minute.

  • Pretty Much.

Joe Strummer even made fun of Bruce Springstein one live performance with the clash.

  • I agree...the only person Joe had anything remotely in common with on that stage is Costello...the rest may have been fans but that does not excuse this total mess...cos that's what it is...a mess

  • just wondering, does anyone know where I can see footage of whatever slideshow type thing they

were showing at the beginning of this??

    thanks

  • its ok for those who re doing the tribute in the scenario. But i hate all those snobs clapping their hands.
